Aaj ke time mein bachche fast learning world mein grow ho rahe hain. Unke paas knowledge bhi zyada hai aur exposure bhi. But iss fast world ka ek dark side bhi hai — overthinking.๐Ÿคท


Small age mein hi bachchon ke mind mein itne saare doubts, fears aur questions aa jaate hain ki unki natural growth slow ho jaati hai.

Avika 10 saal ki thi—smart, sharp aur intelligent.

Lekin dheere-dheere woh quiet hote ja rahi thi.

Homework perfect hota, lekin woh har line 4–5 baar check karti thi.

Test achha hota, par result aane tak panic ho jaati thi.


Uski mom ne poocha,

“Avika, tum itna worry kyun karti ho?”

Woh slowly boli,

“Mama, yaad nahi… bas dar lagta hai galti se.”


Yahi dar overthinking ka seed hota hai.


Is age mein bachche feel karte hain:


“Agar main fail ho gayi to?”


“Agar teacher ne daant diya to?”


“Agar sab mujhe judge karein to?”


Small fears milkar big tension ban jaate hain.

Aur jab bachcha openly share nahi karta, to problem aur badh jaati hai.

Unhone pehle hi din notice kiya ki Avika class mein “extra perfect” banne ki koshish kar rahi hai.

Woh apni copy close nahi karti jab tak hundreds percent sure na ho jye tab tk.


Woh class ke jokes mein nahi hasti kyunki uska mind busy tha — “right or wrong?”
